At Orileda, we offer our customers the right to return their order within 14 days.
If you wish to exercise this right, you must return the products in new condition and in their original packaging, along with the fully completed return form. We ask that you complete the form online using Word and then print it , as it will be more difficult for our team to read if you complete it with a pen.

Unfortunately, returns of hygiene products are not possible. These items are not accepted for hygiene reasons. However, this is only possible if the product is still unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned either.
Returns without tracking number, that are lost, are not our responsibility. Therefore, we recommend that you send returns with a tracking number. We ask that you email your tracking number to our customer service so that they can process your return as quickly as possible.
Once we receive the returned item in perfect condition, we will refund your money within 14 days or send you the new product of your choice.
Refunds
Once the product arrives with us and has been checked for compliance with the return policy, it will be exchanged as quickly as possible or the purchase price will be transferred to your account within 14 days of receipt.
Delayed or missing refunds
After receiving the item(s), we will send you a confirmation email and refund the amount to your account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt. If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you accordingly.
Return costs
If an order is returned, the return shipping costs are borne by you, the customer. The cost can range from €15 to €28 depending on your location. We recommend using Track & Trace for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
